Q: How much would delivery cost?

A: Local Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 working days at SGD 3.50

B: International Shipping:

  • International shipping is on case-by-case basis. Shipping charges depend on the weight of the package and the country of destination. Please contact our customer service via whatsapp at +65 8013 1365, and we can assist you further. 

Q: Can I exchange an order? And how?

A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your purchase within 07 days from date of delivery. Please note that the item(s) exchanged must meet the stipulated criteria. Please refer to our Exchange Policy or contact our customer service via whatsapp at +65 8013 1365, and we can assist you further.

We are currently unable to accept exchanges for international orders.

Q: Can I cancel an order?

A: Unfortunately, cancellation is not applicable for both local and international orders.

Q: I live outside of Singapore, can I still buy from you?

A: International online purchases are processed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service via whatsapp at +65 8013 1365, and we can assist you further.

Q: Can I return an order?

A: Please note that there is strictly no return and no cash refund in part or in full for items purchased. 
 
In the event that you change your mind on the item(s) purchased, you can exchange it for other item(s) of equivalent or lesser value 07 days upon receiving your item(s)  

  • Should the exchange item(s) be of a higher value, you will be required to top up the difference. Should the exchange item(s) be of a lower value, no cash refunds or in-kind will be allowed. 
     
  • In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item(s), please contact our customer service via whatsapp at +65 8013 1365, so we can assist you further. 

 
Returned damaged item(s) must be in original condition, unused and not further damaged in any way. You must look after the products until they are returned to us and return them to us in the condition in which you received them. All invoice(s) tags and original packaging must also be fully intact. Kindly include your Full Name, Receipt/Invoice Number where available, and photos of your item upon receiving your item. Kindly ensure the photos capture the item and its damages in a clear manner. 
 
Upon receipt of your request and verification that the item(s) received is in damaged condition, our Customer Service team will advise on the return procedure. 

In all circumstances of a return / exchange, you will be responsible for the costs of such return.

Q: The ring I bought online does not fit me. Can I resize it?

A:  For local orders: 

Some rings are not possible to be resized due to design restrictions or manufacturers’ policies. Please enquire via our customer service whatsapp at +65 8013 1365. You may refer to our Ring Size Guide to find your perfect fit.

Q: How do I care for my jewelry?

A:You can prolong the pristine condition of your jewelry by following our  Jewelry Care tips on how to wear, clean and store your jewelry. 

Q: What if I forgot my account password?

A:If you’ve forgotten your account password or have received the message ‘Username and password do not match’ when you try to log in to your account, you may reset your password here. 

Q: Do I need to register an account to place an order?

A:Yes, you have to register an account in order to place an online order at ColorTree Jewelry.
