Exchange Policy

For local orders: 

An exchange must be done with 07 days upon receiving your item(s). Should the exchange item(s) be of a higher value, you will be required to top up the difference.  

Should the exchange item(s) be of a lower value, no cash refunds or in-kind will be allowed. 

The item being exchanged must be packaged in its original form in which you have received it, & in its original condition, unused and not damaged in any way. You must look after the products until they are returned to us. All invoice(s) tags and original packaging must also be fully intact.  

Kindly include your Full Name, Receipt/Invoice Number where available. Other terms & conditions apply. 

For international orders: 

We currently are unable to accept exchanges for international orders. However, if your item has issues (e.g wrong item sent), kindly contact us at www.colortreejewelry.com.
